Waterland Barn

Waterland Barn is a beautifully converted old barn which now has 3 double bedrooms and a track record of successful holiday lets. Converted to a high standard in 2013 Waterland Barn sits overlooking Devons rolling hills.

Indoors you’ll find 3 comfortable and luxurious bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen and living space with a big glass aspect overlooking your own outdoor space and seating area.

We can also include Waterland Barn in a range of all inclusive packages for exclusive use of the farm for holidays, weddings or parties. We can in some circumstances also provide bell tents or camping space should our guests wish to bring additional family members, we can be flexible.

Waterland Farmhouse

Waterland Farmhouse is on offer as a holiday home for the first time in 2023. It was previously the farmhouse and is now converted into a holiday rental.

It’s a very large 5 bed home with around an acre of it’s own gardens in addition to the 16 acres of land on the farm. It’s been fitted out in a modern style and to a high standard ready to welcome holiday guests from far and wide.

You’ll find several different living spaces at Waterland Farmhouse, you’ll never be tripping over the kids in this house. There is a formal lounge with a 7 seater sofa, a seperate tv area with wood-burner and then two seperate break out rooms for kids and big kids alike. As you make your way out of the house to the gardens you’ll also go through a glass sun room with two twin sofas which is a gorgeous space for morning coffee or afternoon G&T’s overlooking the garden. Also on the ground floor is a large dining area and a seperate kitchen with boot room and utility.

Camping & Glamping

We have lots of options on offer and some that are still in the planning stages.

Camping space can be made available for our guests if you are allready coming to visit or for a wedding for example.

We also have 10 bell tents that can be built and fitted out as additional accommodation for guests of Waterland Farm.

And we’re planning on expanding Waterland Farms existing holiday accommodation to incorporate glamping accommodaiton in the near future. These may well take the form of shepherds huts in the short term but there is also plenty of space and scope for more imaginative forms of glamping on site.

About Us

We’re very experienced at setting up rural weddings in the most beautiful spots around Devon and Cornwall.

As a team we’ve run Really Good Marquees for 10+ years and have also run Wedding Hires for 5 years now providing wedding packages and dry hire of event kit.

Waterland Farm has provided us the opportunity to put our wedding packages together with a stunning location and on site accommodation for our guests. We can provide huge savings in terms of money and the time it takes to put together a complicated wedding. We are also proud of the potential savings this package approach can provide for the environment, less mileage and moving kit around the South West.
