We have two amazing properties for holiday rental at Waterland Farm.

Waterland Barn is a beautifully converted old barn with 3 double bedrooms and exceptional reviews from several years of welcoming guests.

And new to the market is also a spacious 5 bed property called Waterland Farmhouse. The farmhouse comes with a spectacular garden of around 1 acre and lots of space in our tranquil corner of Devon.

We offer unique weddings in our beautiful Celeste Traditional Marquee set in 16 acres of beautiful Devon countryside.

We can provide an all inclusive wedding package for your special day whether it’s 60 seated or 250 seated, we can accommodate your needs.

At Waterland Weddings you’ll find included in your wedding package two holiday homes with a combined 8 double bedrooms and also lots of space for your guests to camp or luxuriate in our range of luxury bell tents.

Partys & Events at Waterland Farm

Waterland Farm has a huge party barn available for hire for parties and events. Or alternatively we can also offer our range of marquees for use for parties and events from April to October.

Our party barn is a huge open space with a built in bar. We can provide a fully fitted out barn with internal furniture and decoration for your event. We also have space heaters, lots of lighting and can include dj’s and entertainment in your event package.

Also included will be the two holiday properties on site with a combined 8 double bedrooms which means you’ll then have exclusive use of the 16 acre farm.

About Us

Waterland Farm is a family run farm that was bought in late 2022.

Previous to this Giles owned and run a successful marquee hire company and has been a domestic landlord for 15+ years. So adding on a holiday rental property that has space for marquee weddings seemed like a natural development.

Waterland Farm is really about putting together our background in the wedding industry with our new stunning location, 16 acres of space and on 8 bedrooms of on site accommodation for our wedding clients.

We wanted to add on complete wedding packages to our existing range of marquee wedding options and I’m delighted to say that Waterland Farm offers exactly that opportunity.
